At Ovyo, we drive the programmes and build the platforms that shape the way the world watches video and connects. We are a B2B Professional Services company focused on the video, comms & satellite industries, with offices in the UK, Canada and India. Our customers use us to deliver complex programmes, scale their technical and delivery teams and for strategic consulting. We are passionate about being easy to do business with and are trying hard to be the most customer-oriented services partner out there: highly responsive, really listening to your needs and always focused on delivering quality outcomes.

20 years delivering technical services programmes & projects across 4 continents, specialising in complex video platform launches and including custom development & integration. Regular advisor up to board level for ISPs / video operators and suppliers. £ms spend on contractors & services as a buyer, both technical & non-technical. After many years on the Isle of Dogs in London, now lives near Reading with his wife and two daughters. Avid Reading FC fan and DIY enthusiast.
Adam Tilbury-Eld
Chief Growth Officer
16 years supporting Tier 1 operators to deliver technology transformation projects in video, broadcast and IoT globally. Expert in scaling near- and offshore Service Delivery Centres to support the growth of SaaS & early-stage product companies. Ran the biggest subsidiary for one of Portugal's most innovative & fastest-growing consultancies. Likes to move around but main base is in the UK near Gatwick, living with his wife, three boys & daughter. Football lover & Man Utd fan.

Proven expertise delivering solutions, automation strategy and architecture to drive improved operational performance for SME's and blue chip companies. Experience in starting and leading India operations for European MNCs. Lives in Bengaluru, India with her husband and two sons. Yoga practitioner and travel enthusiast.

Senior business leader and board member. Lives near Amsterdam, his two kids have already flown the nest.

Strengths lie in understanding client requirements, assembling high-performing teams, and crafting seamless solutions to tackle challenges. Head of Talent Acquisition
11 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, HR and IT Professional Services, Marina manages the People aspect of the business, with a key focus on creating and promoting a positive culture. With a background in Software Solutions/Consulting (from a Human Capital perspective), she ensures a good balance between the needs of our people, and our customers alike. Originally from South Africa, now settled in the UK with her husband and 2 kids.
