Senior Technical Project Manager (OTT-Video)

About the Role:

The successful Senior Technical PM will join our existing team and play an integral role in the expansion of our business.  You will have a background in web and mobile projects ideally having worked in the video streaming and OTT domain with familiarity of working within an Agile methodology.. Responsibilities:

• Managing OTT, web and mobile projects in conjunction with technical leader on your project through a build or run phase using Agile methodology
• Create (and own) project plans end-to-end, for large scale/multiple OTT projects
• Manage a large, geographically split/remote Agile and multi-disciplinary team
• Gathering client requirements to create project plans and requirements documents
• Contributing to the creative, technical, and strategic direction of the project by working as key part of a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team
• Multiple stakeholder management, including senior clients and Board level
• Design of information architecture and complex wireframes
• Identify and evaluate project risks/issues and able to devise & implement effective mitigation strategies
• Budget and capacity management
• Providing internal monthly and external project status reports
• Keeping detailed minutes for all meetings and distributing to stakeholders
• Change request management and documentation
• Prioritise according to the project need and in line with stakeholder expectations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• In-depth and proven experience in digital project management at senior level (ideally having managed video streaming and OTT projects)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An advocate of Agile methodology & good experience sprint planning
• Highly organised, people oriented, and process driven
• High attention to detail, and output driven
• Good exposure to Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet
• Strong experience using MS Project
